CCG structures each client account team to cover three  main investor relations disciplines: Account management & strategy; market intelligence & roadshows; and financial & communications writing Our clients get access to professionals who demonstrate superior skills in our core competencies and are dedicated to developing new tools, methods and approaches to raise client profiles in the investment community and build shareholder value.

The balance between specialization and teamwork makes our business model unique. While each account team may typically consist of 3-5 core members based both in Israel and the United States, CCG is a highly collaborative environment and our entire staff continually pools its insights and expertise to generate solutions and hone best practices. EHUD HELFT

Ehud co-founded the Israel-based office of CCG and is the managing partner of the Israel team. Ehud is responsible for business development in Israel as well as the design of investor relations strategies for all CCG Israel's clients.

Since 2002, Ehud has provided IR advisory to publically listed Israeli companies that are focused on marketing to international investors. He has designed and led numerous investor relations campaigns for public companies. He also led the organization of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange's annual investor conferences, and the team advising and aiding the Israeli Ministry of Finance in their sale of their Bank Leumi holdings, a leading Israeli bank.

Formally, he worked as an equity research analyst with various leading global investment banks. Prior to CCG Israel, he was head of the Israel office of Credit Suisse and responsible for the research of Israeli companies. Ehud is also a Board member of Dash Provident Funds, one of Israel's largest asset managers and he advises its investment committee on a regular basis.

Ehud has an MBA from IESE, Barcelona.

KENNY GREEN

Kenny co-founded the Israel-based office of CCG and is the senior partner. Kenny is responsible for the development and execution of investor relations strategies for CCG Israel's clients.

Since 2002, Kenny has provided IR counsel to publically listed Israeli companies which are focused on international markets. He has designed and overseen investor relations campaigns for numerous companies with a focus on the technology sector. He was also responsible for the organization of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange's annual investor conferences as well as the Government sale of Bank Leumi managed by the Israeli Ministry of Finance, both high profile clients in Israel.

Kenny formally worked as a research analyst with Credit Suisse in Israel. Prior to that he worked as a management consultant focused on financial technologies, based both in the UK and Europe.

Kenny has a Masters in Management and Economics from Cambridge University and a Master of Research in Computer Vision from University College London.

PORAT SAAR

With over 8 years in consulting and communications in the US, Germany and Israel, Porat Saar's experience spans corporate communications, investor relations, marketing and sales strategies and project management for various Fortune 500 clients across several industries.

Porat's experience includes leading IPO communication, M&A communication, crisis communications, sustainability communications and repositioning. She previously worked as a consultant at Communications & Network Consulting (CNC), a leading global corporate communications consultancy headquartered in Munich, where, as a founding member of the New York office, she advised the executive management of international corporations on their communication strategies.

Porat has a BA from Columbia University and an MSc from the London School of Economics. She speaks fluent English and Hebrew as well as excellent German.

GAVRIEL FROHWEIN

Gavriel is responsible for international market intelligence. He has been responsible for successfully organizing over 100 US and European roadshows for CCG Israel's clients.

Gavriel was formerly the marketing director of Leadsco, aiding Financial Advisors in expanding their client base. He has a Bachelor of Business Commerce from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada.
